Nishiki Soy Sauce Co., Ltd. was founded in 1900 and has been devoting itself to soy sauce brewing to this day. It is brewed by microorganisms such as "Nishiki yeast" in the climate of Yamato Ikaruga village centered on Horyuji Temple, and continues to be conveyed as a flavor unique to Nishiki soy sauce.
